Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Online Supply Closet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All returns require prior authorization (RMA) before items are returned. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to request a return on items from the date you placed the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Before sending your item(s) back, your must contact our Online Support Closet team requesting a return. Please include your Order Number, as well as what product you wish to return. You must receive approval prior to sending item(s) back. 

Please also make sure to send the items back to Master Manufacturing's Headquarters/OSC distribution location provided with the RMA #, not our address listed below which is our administrative office.

REFUNDS 

Once your returned item(s) are received at Master Manufacturing Headquarters (9200 Inman Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44105), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment). It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account depending on your cards issuer's policies. 

RESTOCKING & OTHER FEES

With thousands of different products available for order and made-to-order, restocking fees will depend on the specifics of your order. All orders may be subjective to restocking fee.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to return your order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

If items are not damaged/defective, returns may be requested but 
the customer is responsible for return shipping to Cleveland, OH.
